<span itemprop="description">J'ai joué avec ma fille de 5 ans “LEGO® CITY FIRE® - 60248 - Au début elle était très excitée pour découvrir ce jouet mais à cause de la taille et le poids de l'hélicoptère (il ne vole que pour 3 secondes et après il tombe aussitôt), ce qui a entraîné sa déception. Concernant les autres pièces et les petites figurines, on a passé des aventures passionnantes, on s'est bien amusé et on a vécu des moments agréables. Pour la première fois, elle a eu besoin de mon aide mais après elle a pu monter et démonter les pièces toute seule. Elle était fière et contente. Moi, j'ai 28 ans et je me suis bien amusée et fière de ma fille pour créer des histoires et aventures avec ce jouet mais franchement c'est décevant que l'hélicoptère ne vole pas comme il était diffusé dans les vidéos de ce jeu.</span>

It seems like there are significantly less parts with this set because they incorporated a non-lego toy into this but the pull-string helicopter does not fly. This must not have been tested at all by lego because this is not up to their normal standards.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Les côtés très positifs ont été les suivants: le soudeur (c'est notre premier chalumeau!), Freya McCloud
(j'ai beaucoup aimé la personnalisation qui a été faite avec LEGO city en 2020; certaines minifigs ont enfin des noms), la poignée de l'hélicoptère aux couleurs des pompiers, le véhicule d'urgence motorisé (le plus gros en son genre que nous avons construit et mon fils l'aime bien) et j'ai appris comment construire un tuyau avec plusieurs morceaux.
Comme dans beaucoup de domiciles, le vol de notre hélicoptère est imprévisible :) Les conditions météorologiques sont pourtant stables, le pilote a toujours le OK de la tour de contrôle pour s'envoler, mais parfois il ne s'envole pas ou il ne va pas très loin.
J'ai essayé de comprendre le pourquoi afin de voir comment je pourrais faire le faire voler à coup sûr. J'ai remarqué qu'il est plus léger qu'un modèle Junior parce que l'ensemble de ses pièces n'est pas construit en brique conventionnelle. Lorsqu'on l'allège plus, il vole mieux. L'hélicoptère et l'hélice pèsent 24 grammes, la minifig et la vitre de la cabine pèsent 14 grammes. Nos meilleurs vols sont sans la minifig et la vitre. Les vols un peu moins épatants sont ceux avec la vitre, mais sans la minifig.
Le décollage est une autre raison qui peut expliquer la difficulté des vols; l'hélicoptère doit se soulever de la poignée pour voler (15 mm), s'il ne gagne pas assez en hauteur l'hélicoptère restera dans vos mains. Pour y arriver, il ne faut pas avoir peur de tirer le ''cable'' de plastique. Comme mon petit a 3 ans, il n'a pas encore la force pour tirer et faciliter le décollage. Ce qui ne l'empêche pas d'apprécier les hélices qui tournent pendant qu'il dirige l'hélicoptère avec la poignée.
Au final, peut-être que le set aurait eu un meilleur accueil s'il avait eu un mécanisme d'engrenage qui aurait fait tourner l'hélice sans que cela permette de le faire voler; la poignée aurait eu une manivelle qui aurait aidée à faire tourner les hélices.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I am validating the poor experience of others who have bought/built this product as well as other Lego sets that use similarly designed helicopters.
I bought it for my 6 yr old grandson who expected to see the helicopter fly/hover at least a short distance.
While overall product build quality is excellent, it became clear the helicopter was unable to even lift off of its own accord, let alone fly, from the launch device. On further investigation, it was evident that the downdraught/lift force provided by the rotating rotor was inadequate to overcome the weight of the helicopter. The rotor, when not fitted to the helicopter, was easily able to lift off and stay airborne for several seconds after launching with the launch device.
The poor experience of this product has now reduced my expectations for similar products like #60260 which have now been removed from my wish list.
It is disappointing the Lego designers did not pay more careful attention to this functional aspect the product to give a positive play experience.
The rotor lift force and total helicopter weight must be readjusted/redesigned to give a net positive lift force. Only then can Lego live up to customer expectations for producing innovative functional products for a positive play experience.</span>
