It is a good size for his hands and he has no problem transforming it back and forth by himself. It’s really cool to get two dinosaurs in one. I like that there are step by step instructions included and the package has a QR code that takes you to a video of it transforming. It would be helpful to see it in reverse (back to the original), but it’s easy enough to figure out. I had to use these instructions but my son figured it out right away without needing any help. He has played with it every day since he got it, so it has definitely held his interest. Overall, this has been a very nice addition to his dinosaur collection.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really cool idea. It's got a meat eater and a plant eater, all in one. My kids figured out pretty easily how to transform it back and forth. It looks a little odd, I suppose, with the way the front legs are, but my kids just thought it was fun to have two dinosaurs in one. The mouth is a little hard to get open for their smaller fingers, but they figured it out. The head and tail basically rotates in or out, and each side has a back that opens up to switch it the heads/tails. It was fun and they already want the other ones in the series too.</span>

Store, sisters softball, and in the car. My son love to change the dinosaur. With his imagination, he can have a dinosaur battle, with only one toy. He’s all about it.
As a parent, it’s size and ease transformation, has made this a toy that is easy to bring with on the go. Plus, it holds his attention.
We also have played with it in sand and water (sensory table)- and it didn’t get damaged and the sand wasn’t an issue.
We have had so much fun with this toy. Definitely a good buy.</span>

It was a bit confusing at first how to transform it into the other. The down side is that it can take a while to get the hang on how to change and close it the right way. The one down side is that the front feet look backwards depending on which Dino you choose to transform it to. Overall, it’s a great concepts. Material it’s made is durable and great quality.</span>

This particular toy goes from a carnotaurus to a stegosaurus. My son loves that it's two very different types of dinosaurs (carnivore/herbivore). They really paid attention to detail here - for the carnotaurus, the rear legs have claws that flip out and the mouth even opens to reveal its large teeth.
This keeps his hands busy, is just challenging enough to keep him engaged, and is small enough to throw in to backpacks so we can take it anywhere!
Honestly, this toy is great for dinosaur knowledge and fine motor skills.</span>

This toy is interactive and the pieces easily hinge and fold and lift to reveal body parts of the opposing dinos. My nephew spent a few minutes exploring the different ways to orient the arms/legs and other body parts and then got down to the business of transforming the dinosaur from the orange species to the gray one. It was relatively easy to transform, but I like that they included a sheet of illustrated instructions just in case you get stuck on a step.</span>
