Customer service online basically said take it to a store. I took it to Upper Canada Mall Toys R Us and they were great. The staff who puts bikes together took it to the back and replaced the popped tire and fixed the misaligned one within an hour. Quality is decent for the price. Good base bike to start with. My only complaint is that while putting them together (On Christmas Eve.) each bike was missing pieces. One bike was missing a wheel bolt and washer and the other bike was missing the tools and hardware to assemble the bike. Fortunately, I have tools and do not require the tools from Huffy. Additionally, I had to take the missing hardware off of my Childs old bike. Ultimately everything worked out only because I had the necessary items at my house. For someone that did not have said items, they would have been out of luck on Christmas! If one bike had a missing parts issue, I would consider it an oops and would not think much about it. But for both bikes to have missing parts, I consider it a quality control issue.
