I&rsquo;m a giant kid at heart still. I&rsquo;m very happy I did. Good sound. Goes across carpet very well. It does tend to burn out and turn sideways on vinyl flooring. Still was happy. He also LOVES Hot Wheels. When this came in the mail I was a little worried cause no matter what RC car we have gotten for him it never lasts very long. This thing is still going crash after crash. He loves that it&rsquo;s green his favorite color. We still haven&rsquo;t had to change out the batteries either which is awesome. Especially right now during this pandemic it&rsquo;s hard to find things our little ones want to play with everyday.....until now! It&rsquo;s geared more for younger children in my opinion. It has three buttons: One of them makes the sound of engine revving; middle button revs the engine and actually moves the car forward just a couple of feet; the third button plays music for a couple of seconds. When the car is propelled forward, it&rsquo;s for a short distance and not very &ldquo;strong&rdquo; so whatever it hits won&rsquo;t be damaged or hurt. I have never seen him so excited over a toy. He likes the motorized drive, realistic vehicle sounds, music, &amp; engine pipes light-up features it has. I had fun watching him interact with the car. He had it going all over the place popping wheelies, and things. Since he has had it, it has given him hours and hours of fun. My son is the type of kid that will get a new toy and play with it for a little while. The toy seems to get old to him. Not this car here. It is now his go-to toy. He wants to take it everywhere he goes. I would recommend it. To interact and play with the car is fun.
