I changed the battery and the charge only held overnight, we returned the product and got it exchanged, but the same issue for the replaced one. Perhaps not all, but there is definitely a large batch of defective necklaces out there. The design of a snowflake and the chain looks beautiful. It has two play options one with light show synchronized to the song playing and the other with just a song. The necklace seems to be well made we had it for two weeks now and it holds up well. This is because the snowflake is so heavy for a kids necklace. I know it has batteries in it but the weight is a bit too much. My daughters neck on the back started to have indents from the beads on the necklace. She hold it in her hands to play the song now and only wears it for about a minute before asking me to take it off.
