Bit disappointing that there was only 1 minion, and no lights or sounds. It was lovely to see them using their imaginations, they really loved the detachable rocket which the minion can sit in and the hand dart which can be shot out of a cannon behind a flip down door. Great Features!</span> <span itemprop="description">This is a great looking toy from imaginext. The key features of the toy are the lift that as you pull up reveals Gru&rsquo;s rocket and releases a trap door; the imaginext button stand for the minion which releases another trap door with a slime gun and the trap door that allows the minion to slide down a silver slide to the bottom. The minion figure is a great size but it would&rsquo;ve been good to have more characters. Gru&rsquo;s rocket is cool and the minion fits in it easily and stays in it. The lift does tend to be a bit tricky to pull up and gets stuck a lot, mainly when the rocket is on the launch pad. Without the rocket it moves up and down smoothly. The gun shoots really well and far. They have loved all of the movies featuring minions so I was hopeful that this toy would also be a hit. I was not wrong. They love it! It is very interactive allowing my kids to reenact similar scenes to the movies including a rocket literally bursting out of the ceiling of the toy. there are other parts that open and close as well as go up and down. They both played with this for over an hour when they first received it and keep going back to it and wanting to watch the moves while playing with it.
