Add DC superhero&rsquo;s and villains and you have an instant hit. Everyday is an adventure opening the calendar and my boys love it. The front cover folds down to make a play area for the figures to play in and it&rsquo;s fun to set up the scenario everyday. The one complaint is getting a weapon before the figure. Granted they need to space out figures, but it&rsquo;s hard to get stuff for green lantern, but you don&rsquo;t get the figure for another five days. So far it has given them something to look forward to opening everyday. It not only has the figurines, but accessories to go with! That feature made it a little more exciting for us. The figurines are well made with durable plastic and have movable arms, hands and legs. The accessories are also durable and well made. There also doesn&rsquo;t seem to be an organization to what is behind the doors. For example, the freeze ray and ice block were opened before Mr Freeze. My three boys took turns opening each door. There were so many people and accessories, there was no fight over anything! The scenery on the box was a great way to play with all the toys. There is plenty of characters for several children to play with. My two boys have thoroughly enjoyed seeing this calendar and it&rsquo;s excitement of not knowing what&rsquo;s behind the next-door. He loves Imaginext Super Friends. He loved all of the figures, but had a few issues. First of all, the box is too tough. He had to get our help to open any of the flaps. Next, having all of the calendar days in order takes some of the fun out of advent calendar since you don't get to search for each day. Finally, having the accessories come before the figures was confusing. We didn't know which characters they belonged to for multiple days. The figures and their accessories have been a lot of fun to play with.
