It's got lots of little pieces she can mix and match, so not good for younger kids, but for her it's a great set of dresses and accessories she can move around. She had a ton of fun putting each set together correctly at first, and then finding weird ways to combine them and make funnier looking outfits as well. My 9 year old son enjoys it too, for the same reasons. It feels pretty durable and has held up well for the couple of months we've had it so far, and nothing has broken yet. Their first response was that the doll was &quot;cute, but really small&quot;. Although they were not pleased with the size, they were excited about their ability to change her clothing. Unlike other dolls with this feature the clothes were easy to manipulate. That was the best part to them! No struggle or hassle. Even with the age difference, both girls were pleased. She did however have fun with the interchangeable shoes purse necklace and the little outfit it came with. You open the bottom part which is the flared out green dress that is shown you can change her into the White top and long. I would have suggested for this product that it comes with other little characters or maybe would play music or sing a song like she did in the movie. It is a great idea and was fun for my child to play with, but not very many options of what to do. The only thing you really do is change the shoes necklace purse or skirt. Assembly is super easy. Just make sure to supervise your child so they don't swallow any of the tiny pieces that come in this. Great doll for my kiddo!
