I was not missing any piece, and the bed was well packed and undamaged. Assembly time took me about an hour, including the time it took me to unpack everything downstairs and move it upstairs. Once assembled, the bed was very sturdy. It uses 22 cross members to hold the mattress up, &quot;Bunky Boards&quot; or similar products are not needed, the mattress is well supported. So we placed the order on 02/10/14 and received it on 02/21/14. So, when it arrived we disassembled my daughter's room to get the bed inside the room to build it and it did not come with a single screw. We placed the order for the replacement parts and they won't be here for another week. So my daughter has a disaster for a room for almost 2 weeks! If I could easily put it back in the box I would have taken it back the same day and went to a furniture store and bought another one. Extremely dissapointed.
