Needless to say as soon as my 3 kids saw it, each one was excited to try different parts of the kit. The hit one was the bat mask. My oldest who is 10 really liked the Led part where as the other 2 enjoyed sharing the mask and bat wing. This toy set is rated as 3+. Both my 3 year old and 6 year old daughter were totally excited to play with this toy and wanted to open it right away! This set comes with a Bat Man mask, a utility belt (adjustable so even fits my 3 o), a Batarang, detective case to store the evidence card, a red reveal lens with LED light and a magnifying lens. The toy is very well built and does not feel filmsy so I know it will last for a while especially with how rough can be with their toys. The Red reveal lens has LED light (batteries are included) and allows the kids to see what is on the evidence cards which they really enjoy. Overall my kids found it fun and love to dress up with the Bat Man mask. The boys opened it up and they really enjoyed it for about an hour then they lost interest pretty quickly. It did not last more than a day with a 9 uear old and a 5 year old. The pieces fell off and the carrying case broke within 10 minutes so I can't really blame the kids for not being overly excited by it anymore. Is something different that I wouldn't normally buy. But since the kiddos love playing pretends and imagining different scenarios figured this would be fun for them and it was. They were so excited to try the mask on and test out the two different attachment and their function. It is made of good quality and all the pieces have their function. He totally got into investigating as a Batman detective. It was great to see him off his tablet, using his imagination, and loving it. He even added the cape from his Halloween costume to complete the look. The dress up aspect was really fun as was the high tech gear.
