They have fun seeing how fast they can get it to spin. They do have trouble taking turns so i will need to get another one eventually. It has a very unique design and eye-catching colors, made of great quality materials. The launching speed is amazing and already has given several wins to my son. The Phoenix P4 was nice, but the Dread Phoenix is by far the best so far with performance. In battle it definitely holds its own, usually the opponent falls apart before Dread. I was hoping for the Dread Phoenix P4 to be metal but its plastic! Definitely a lot heavier than the Phoenix P4. Design is very detailed which I like. Agility is on point, I personally was surprised that it holds it weight! I thought it would come close to the original Phoenix especially with defense, but Dread definitely has the defense in the bag. I am very happy with Hasbro's design even with it not being metal or even partly it still is a great design and performance wise gets the job done. As far as we've had it , there are not broken parts, no surprising because these toys are made for battle. It's compatible with the Hasbro Beyblade app ( standard ) . My son says it the highest defense he's seen so far. He was the first among his friends to try this one and it caused great excitement when they played on the Beystadium. As a parent it's a good to see my kid entertained and interacting with his friends . I do limit screen time in our home so this sort of toy is one which is a great way for me to keep that rule and still know that my kids are having fun. The toy is somewhat hard to piece together, but when it is it creates fun for kids for hours. You can get these to battle against other beyblades and launch them into battle! My 8 year old has been entertained by this toy. He wants to collect them all! They come in different colors and styles. The toy is set off by a piece that looks almost kind of like a trash tie and then the actual toy spins around in a circular motion.
