Even though it's made from recycled plastic I could not tell the difference at all. Which was such a surprise to us. We recycle at home, but it is a very adult driven task. With Barbie's help, my daughter is in charge of the project. After learning about the importance of keeping plastics out of the ocean, Barbie and her friends regularly have &quot;conversations&quot; about keeping the beach free of trash! They love playing like they are on vacation and this really hits the spot . I appreciate that it&rsquo;s made from recycled plastic. However, it was a bear to put together and the paper kept falling out. One together, they enjoyed all the Barbie accessories that went along with the kit. All of the little accessories that are included are so cute and fun. They especially love the recycling bin. On a side note made to move barbies work best on the stools as you can position them better to be stable. Regular barbies work fine if standing at the counter.
