The colours are so bright and fun, little ones will love it. My daughter adores Barbie's rainbow dress and wants one just like it. The chariot set is a good size and is well made and sturdy. Your little ones can play with the horse, chariot and Barbie as a set or they can play just with Barbie. It&rsquo;s a lovely theme and all the dolls and animals in the range are beautifully decorated in rainbow colours with pretty dresses and fun accessories. The box is large and impressive, you&rsquo;re definitely going to be popular if you give this as gift. Loads of empty packaging and plastic ties later you finally get to see Barbie and her winged horse with its chariot. Barbie is beautifully dressed in a rainbow skirt with a solid plastic bodice, with the obligatory tiara and high heels. The chariot is a great size and has a clip that goes around Barbies waist to hold her in place. I&rsquo;m impressed by the design, what child doesn&rsquo;t like a cute winged horse and fairytale princess. I still am hesitant about lots of pieces being lost or put in mouths so it was nice to have another option where it is just shoes and a crown that is tiny. Upon first impression, my daughter loved the packaging and just carried it around for a while. It was very nicely displayed and securely packaged with a sky background that could be used for additional play. I did need to cut out Barbie and her steed but no real difficulties for an adult with scissors. Her crown was originally tagged onto her head and I am not sure if that tag should have been removed because now it is harder to keep on Barbie and is lost easily. These shoes fit very well on her though and I like the ankle straps for a more secure hold. The wings of the horse moved up and down and the reins can be attached on and off under the wings and to the chariot (sometimes needing help from big sibling or adult). My daughter has particularly loved making the horse &quot;fly.&quot; While Barbie kind of sits, she can't bend her legs (no articulation at knees so she sort of reclines in the hip holder on the chariot. It is harder to make her stand and secure her in the other position, so my daughter has mostly pulled her along like in the picture. Barbie is painted with a bodice type suit so no privates exposed and her skirt is easily pulled on and off. Her hair also combs over nicely and has been styled a few times since we've received her. The horse is smooth with no rough plastic or points that look like they will easily break. It is lightweight and hollow plastic. The carriage rolls really well and the hip holder is nice to keep barbie from flying everywhere but I wonder how long that will hold up if it is forced on too much. There isn't much space in the carriage so it wouldn't hold any friends or much else. So far no problems.
