The neon outfits and accessories are adorable and definitely bring back a bit of nostalgia for me. This Color Reveal does not need water to reveal Barbie's outfit (it peels off instead) making it a much cleaner and easier experience for little hands. The surprise bags are now made out of paper instead of plastic. I love the effort by Mattel to make these more eco-friendly.</span>

This color reveal Barbie is especially cool because it's a combination of Barbie, color change, and surprise bags! She comes with many different fun accessories in each of the surprise bags. However, some of the items are teeny tiny (like the earrings) and they are lost easily. Our Barbie only has one earring now. Also, don't forget to peel away the outfit on Barbie to reveal her real one! I had no idea until my daughter said it needs to be taken off. This is definitely a cool Barbie with lots to explore.</span>

If you are looking for relief from a lot of water mess, this is the one you want! Instead of emerging Barbie into water, in this set you peel her coating off of her body. This is a great way to keep fidgety fingers busy! Barbie has beautiful wavy hair with streaks of chartreuse. She comes with a large black hair clip with long strands of pink and orange hair that can be worn in your own hair for added fun! There is also a smaller clip with shorter strands. Both the tie dye outfit and skirt are very stretchy, which makes dressing Barbie easy! Barbie can switch from roller skates to sneakers effortlessly! The kinetic sand was lots of fun for sensory play, and finding the little bag with Barbie’s scrunchie/bracelet was a great bonus! The translucent boombox was well thought out as a play piece as well as being storage for the kinetic sand. My nine year old and six year old girls enjoyed taking turns wetting the sponge and freezing it to get a good color reveal on Barbie’s face, sunglasses and puppy! The skateboard wheels roll and the girls enjoyed rolling the puppy down the ramp on the packaging. The water bottle, helmet, lava lamp, earrings, and purse were welcomed accessories to add to the scene! Revealing this set together was a great bonding experience and kept the girls’ imagination really going!</span>
