He said he liked the new peel off design better than the one you swirl I water. It definitely was time consuming but really satisfying for him to peel off a little at a time. It was so much fun to get to open up all the little surprises! We loved the charm bracelet! What a neat idea! My son especially loves the mermaid kitten. We loved the changes of clothes and even mermaid kitty got a crown! How cute! My son loved changing her bathing suit, makeup and hair with warm or cold water. If you want to see a quick change be sure to use ice water or even an ice cube! Over all it’s such a fun toy!</span>

They were so excited to get this toy and took their time opening up all the surprised before the Barbie. They squealed in excitement when we unwrapped the doll! We did learn we prefer the water reveal vs the peel reveal Barbies (what this one is) because there was more "mystery" to the Barbie and we didn't have to discard of the "peel". More surprise Barbies will be added to our toy box!</span>

This doll features a peel off to reveal what she is which was a mermaid. It brought many cute accessories for the doll. It changes color on her face and upper body when using the sponge provided. Cold water will reveal the colors while the warm will hide them. The peeling was a bit difficult for my daughter, so I had to assist. Maybe for an older child it is suitable for the peeling feature. We still loved the doll and it's worth the purchase.</span>
