Every child likes surprises and they are endless with this product. There is so much imaginary play to be had. The eye color reveal, you use a wet cloth and wipe the closed eyes until you can see the eyes, which was fun for my daughter, but I noticed the eyes stayed pretty milky looking even after some elbow grease by me. When you put the toy in ice water it changes colors, but not significantly and the toy also floats on top so you have to hold it underwater to get it to change color completely and even then it is a little mottled looking. My daughter does love color change toys so she had a lot of fun switching the color of the little doll over and over. She plays with it for hours. There is so much fun, excitement and surprise included. She was so excited to unwrap hers and see what pet she got. Then you get to see if it&rsquo;s a boy or girl depending on the pacifier color. Then you get to be surprised by the eye color! She couldn&rsquo;t wait to give her pet a bath in the included bathtub and see what her pet turned into! It&rsquo;s great that it comes with a towel to dry them off and the cute little swaddle to bundle them back up with. She absolutely loves it and plays with it all the time! The bathtub is a little larger than the palm of my hand, it comes wrapped in a thin towel with a lid shaped like bubbles. When you take the lid off there was a baby sloth looking thing which had a small removable pacifier, the sloth was wrapped in a sleep sack type piece of cloth. I gave it 4 because I&rsquo;m not understanding how there are 8 surprises with this. This little set includes a pet, bathtub, swaddle, pacifier, towel and a birth certificate. All comes neatly wrapped inside the tub (the blanket comes wrapped outside the tub so you can&rsquo;t see the surprises inside. You can wipe the pet with a wet paper towel to expose the eye color and the pet will remain with its eyes open which is a one time feature. If you set the pet inside the tub with cold water, it will change color from light to dark, dry it off with the towel and it goes back to the original color. This feature can be repeated over and over which is why my daughter thought that was cool. The pacifier is removable but does fall out easily. She was so excited about every reveal. Her favorite part is the cute pacifier the kitty comes with and the color change is pretty cool. She even has to sleep with it next to her bed. It is really cute and the accessories and packaging are not excessive. The doll was sleeping (eyes closed) when we opened it and my daughters loved washing its face to reveal the eyes.
