The light up ball is what drew him in but honestly he was more into just knocking everything done by whipping the ball and pins around. The toy is very well crafted and holds up. The adults in the room started to get into a competitive tournament for best bowler. For the price of the product and how well crafted it is, I would definitely recommend.
