The cup holder fits in an awkward position on the seat. Little arms can&rsquo;t reach it to pull their water bottle out of the holder. Bought it to stop water spilling in the seat, but my daughter can&rsquo;t reach it on her own, so the water bottle is still sitting with her in the seat, not in the holder. I have slid it further up the seat than recommended, but this was a useless purchase. Unfortunately, this one doesn't work very well. The side of the seat is curved, and it is impossible to lock this firmly in place. It slides too far back, so that he can't get the cup in and out, or it tilts. I wouldn't have minded the cost if it worked well, since we drive a lot, but most of the time, he just holds his cup or sets it beside him in the seat, or I hand his drink to him as needed.
