Although the pieces are smaller then what I expected my kids still love them. My kids love the fact they&rsquo;re able to use them with their other Lego&rsquo;s which they&rsquo;re excited about. The only complaint that I have is the bin that the pieces come in top doesn&rsquo;t snap close. It reminds me of a shoebox cover, so if the box tips over all of the pieces are spilling onto the floor. Besides the box cover everything else is great about the Mega Construx Medium Bulk Tub. Brick colors are vibrant and set has enough bricks for whatever my son wants to create. I like these type of classic building block sets as well as they do not limit what you can build and surely appreciate the box they come in so blocks can be safely stored at the end of day. My son quickly made towers of all the colors. Later we used them to build little habitats for his Megaconstrux Pokemon. I can see him using these alot with other brick sets to make up his own creations. I just would have liked a few small base plates to be included. The largest pieces were the 2x4 bricks.
