I'll be honest it was quite a hassle, but toys R us and the manufacturer were excellent with service. We had a defective piece that wouldn't assemble properly and the manufacturer mailed us a new piece with no hesitation. It's pretty light weight and not the highest of quality &quot;wood&quot; but it does the job and looks great in the nursery. We bough the change table as well and have been using both for quite some time now.
