It is fully 20 inches and A LOT BETTER IN PERSON. See photo's I have attached that is what you really get which is A LOT BETTER then the stupid toysrus photo shown it is a lot more realistic than shown. For the price and size it is amazing. Made of a soft plastic that is durable yet soft and kind of squishy it is NOT actually foam so don't worry your child won't be able to bite or take parts of it off. Wonderful but really TOYS R US take a better more accurate photo of the actual thing!

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from EVERY DINO ENTHUSIAST SHOULD HAVE ONE! My son loves this! He is 5. He is carrying it around with him every where we go. It is a conversation piece for everyone he meets and is so rugged and sturdy that it can stand the outdoors and weather that comes with his budding paleontologist digs! My 8 year old had one when he was little also. He loved it 4 years ago, so when this one said "I am Dino Dan!" I new exactly what to buy for his birthday. I would literally buy it for any child that said, "I LOVE DINOS!"

Its not the hard plastic material like the small play dinos. The only thing I'm a bit worried about is a few seemed deflated at the store when we went back to buy one so I ordred it off their website. The one that arrived is in great condition. Hoping it doesn't leak. If you have a little one who loves dino, this is perfect.

My daughter especially likes dressing him up. He wears hats and glasses well, along with bracelets and rings. Ha! We just bought this one for a little boy for his birthday! It was the hit amongst all the boys. No one can believe they have a 20" high dino! Super cool!!!

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Huge and indestructible and awesome! My 5 year old dinosaur crazy boy has all of the animal planet dinos, and they are spectacular! This one is much bigger than their other already large T. Rex, and is the same indestructible construction as the other and can accept and survive all the playground abuse that they are subjected to. The best dinosaur toys by far and at a great price! I only wish they made more different dinos.
