This rail is for a crib or small bed but oddly got it to work on my full size bed. My little one loves to nap on my bed so I decided to see if I could make it work on my bed and it did. He tends to roll in his sleep to get closer to something and this rail definitely added some security. Eventually I will add it to his crib/bed and positive it will work great. Its very sturdy and easy to use. I was able to assemble it with no problem in about five minutes. The bars all popped into place and the meshing slipped on good. Lastly it fit snug on the bed locking securely into place.
