The only way to get it out was to pull it out. He's ok. His thumb is just red and he's not happy :( Tossed the toy in the trash. Don't want that happening again.</span>

Doesn't seem you can pick the colour. I just ordered it and got the red one and for some reason the rear wheels didn't have the tiny balls in them. Still a good toy. Think you can order the pink one separately.
