It shipped quickly and was easy to install. The ropes were a bit short for our standard swing set so we had to use strap extenders so it wasn't at eye level for the adult pushing the swing. The only downside is my daughter hates it. She screams as soon as we put her in the swing. I don't know if the bright colors or something else sets her off.
