<span itemprop="description">My experience with the product consists, first and foremost, of being disappointed in it. The letter tile holders are cheap and really unattractive; they went directly in to plastics re-cycleables bag -- we'll use the old ones, which aren't great but are inoffensive.. The letter tiles themselves are raw wood with no finish on them and no softened corners; we put them away for spares and will continue to use the old original ones, which are 100% nicer in the hand. The swivel feature is nice, probably best for three or four players; I'm sure the two of us will like it when we get used to it. The fact that the letter tiles are held in place by the grid is great, probably the best feature of this set. Sorry I can't be more positive about it, and I realize that we could have gotten something better if we had spent a lot more money, but I have to assume that you want honest answers.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This is my first time reviewing any product ever. Felt compelled to comment after my son got this as a Christmas present. For $50 plus tax this version is waaaay too expensive for the quality. Almost every tile is cut unsquared and on jagged angles. So much so that some tiles are almost round. The letters on many tiles are printed off centre too. The tile holders are made of light weight cheap plastic, as is the board. We were expecting the board to swivel on a lazy susan type of pivot, but it turns on 4 little stationary wheels that makes it impossible to turn the board without dragging it around.
I find the features to be gimmicky. You would be better off saving some money and just buy the regular version at half the price.</span>

He is 6 and enjoys using his word cards to help him play the game, but usually bumps the board, and grid allows him to place the tiles without the frustration of knocking others out of place. The whole family loves the swivel top, now know one has to look at the board upside down. Great game made better, now more practical and fun for all ages :)</span>

<span itemprop="description">I have owned many versions of the "deluxe" edition of Scrabble over the years and this one is the worst. It is cheap and poorly made. The wheels do not turn smoothly. The racks are too shallow and the tiles constantly fall off. The board comes in two pieces and the connectors are not a perfectly secure fit. For less money it would be passable because it is still a playable copy of the game, but for what I paid, I am thoroughly disappointed in this product.</span>
