Got it for daughters birthday the first use was a quick 15 min ride bc it started to rain. The second time we went out she started riding and instantly FLIPPED OVER. The handle bars bent forward completely, the seat was loose and wouldn't tighten and the wheels were already out of air. I was so upset we took it back to the store they tried saying once assembled there's no refund or exchanges so it was sent in for repair. Before leaving the store we went to check out the one on display and the handle bars without much effort flipped forward also. We then spoke to management about the safety concern and how they shouldn't sell this bike but I see they still do so I'm leaving this review to warn other. We had to purchase better screws. We did not have time to take it into the store because it was an Easter gift. Once we had it set up, the bike looks really cute. The pedals came apart at the sprocket and it can not be repaired. The helmet that comes with the bike should fit my daughter in about 18 years.
