LEGO Super Heroes - The Avengers Quinjet City Chase (76032) is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 25.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Enjoyable build This was the most complex set I've built so far, and it was a lot of fun. The finished product looks really nice. I really don't play with the sets so much as build them to display, Here are some good and bad points I found for this set. Bad Since the truck is built to "explode" apart, it's kind of flimsy. I could not get the doors in the bottom of the Quinjet to stay closed. I used a bit of tape on the inside and that works. The joint connecting the cockpit to the body of the jet should be stronger. Good The finished product looks great. Very fun to build. Nice minifigures and Cap's motorcycle is nice. Overall, it's a nice set but it could have been better with a few minor tweaks. Definitely feel like I got my money's worth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quinjet Attack! Wow, this set is AWESOME! I cannot believe how good Lego made the Quinjet. It is extremely big and realistic, and the hidden features make it just as suitable for play as it is for display. The opening hatch that drops Captain America's motorcycle is really clever, but I had to push the button a few times until it finally came out. I like how the lab truck can explode and Ultron can steal the Ultron army sample from the back. The characters are great! I enjoy Captain America, Iron Man and Black Widow's new costumes, but the exclusive Ultimate Ultron and Vision minifigures are even better. Ultron looks so much like he does in the movie! In conclusion, I love this set and I think $80 is a good price for it. Although it is a bit of a challenge, I would recommend this set to any moderate to advanced Lego builder.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great model, very realistic! I bought this today and built it as soon as I got home, took me a few hours but it was worth it. I was forever finding things that the quinjet could do! Love the fact that the quinjet is so similar to the one in the film- and with all the little features such as the lower machine guns. I also like the fact that they included Cap's new and improved motorbike- very cool! I think that the whole set is just awesome!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the Avengers The quinjet is fabulous!!! Nice and sturdy. The figs are great though I agree Iron Man is WAY overused this wave. Vision is awesome (and it's the only way to get him so far) and the Ultron figure is one of the best figs in the wave! Great for any Marvel fan. The motorcycle function is clever and fun to play around with (try making the motorcycle land perfectly lol). Highly recommended.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quinjet This set is good one. I bought this set as I do all my sets as a display, so playability is just a guess. I think that obviously it would need other sets as well for more fun. To be honest I got this set for just the quinjet, the bike and truck is just extras that would add the play that is not my concern. The Quinjet does look realistic to what is depicted in the films. The set I found an average build with no major challenges. As someone that has primary bought and built the Star Wars sets this one was a good start to expanding my collection. I plan on getting others so that I own the entire Avenger team, so will end up with probably 5 of the 6 Age of Ultron sets (getting 76029 & 76041would be just doubling up on minifigs except Quicksilver) plus the Helicarrier.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from All In Good Fun First of all, the Quinjet is, overall, a very nice design. It looks great, and the colour scheme works very well. The stickers on the wings are un-intrusive and work well with the design of the jet. The landing gear feels slightly superfluous to me, but it's easy to remove and it's well-placed and functional. The motorcycle bay is also a bit tricky to close once it's been opened. The cockpit looks nice, but the windshield's sticker gave me some trouble; I'd almost prefer a blank cockpit if a printed one would be too expensive to produce. The stud shooters, both on and under the wings, are very well integrated into the ship's design. The truck looks pretty good, and the light blue stickers were relatively easy to place. Vision's case is very good looking, and fits in quite well. The truck can be a bit flimsy, but the action feature is quite good, and the overall design is nice. The minifigures are a wonderful assortment; Black Widow's hairpiece is great, and Vision and Ultimate Ultron both look very good. Captain America is decent, as well, and Iron Man's Mark 43 armour is a neat design. I could have used a Hawkeye or the like in addition, but as this is the only Age of Ultron set I have thus far purchased, it's not a major gripe that Iron Man is included. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase. It's full of play features that are concealed well-enough to allow for dignified display, and all of the set's features are well-designed and easy to use. If you only buy one set from the AoU line, this should be it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Some Avengers Assembly Required I bought this set while the Spiderman Super Jumper "$50 or more" offer was still going on, so I will review both. Spiderman Super Jumper: This mini-build has three extra pieces: A round translucent lime-green stud, a light grey robot hand, and a silver scythe blade/hook. Spiderman: I would've hoped Lego had put another version of Spiderman in this small, limited-time-only set, like Spiderman F.F, or Iron Spider, since we already have so many small sets with this classic one. Spider Drone/Enemy: Pretty decent robot design. I like the silver scythe head pieces on the legs, and the silver domes are cool too. Avengers Quinjet City Chase: This set comes with SEVERAL extra pieces, like spare translucent studs that are ammo for the jet's guns, as well as some other rare and useful bricks, like short white rods and an antennae. Vision: Sad to say, I don't enjoy this minifigure as much as I thought I would. The torso and legs are the best parts, but the new cape material is too flimsy for my taste, and I don't think Lego should've made his flesh hot pink; It's just a normal light red in the movie. Black Widow: The best character in the set. Good new hairpiece, awesome printing... The overly-recycled gun molds don't even bother me very much. Ultron: Certainly not bad, although I have two minor criticisms: First off, the trans-orange face is cool, no doubt about it, but his face really ought to still have red pupils; In the movie, Ultron still has defined crimson eyes as Ultron Prime, not just orange energy. Second, his height. Lego could've bulked him up a bit... Maybe made a chin-piece that also has enlarged shoulders, as well as give him a new, longer leg mold. Captain America: Like Vision, not what I expected. Lego has apparently UN-solved the problem with Cap's flesh tone, so he now has brown skin again (A past version of Captain America and a Cyclops figure have both been produced with the correct light flesh tone, so I don't see why this problem turned up again). The decals on the back of the head and uniform are actually better than the stuff on the front, I think. Also, I don't know if this was just my set that had this error, but the red on his vibranium shield seemed to have merged with the white areas, making it a little... pink. Iron Man (Mark 43): Iron Man... Again. Not that this minifig isn't well made, but, c'mon, Iron Man is in WAY too many sets... In the Age of Ultron film, Tony Stark isn't even in this scene. This minifigure, as cool as it is, SHOULD've been replaced by Hawkeye, who not only WAS flying the Quinjet in the movie, but also only has ONE appearance in the AoU line. Cho Truck: Smaller than it is in the film, but that's alright. It's nice and sturdy, even with the exploding function (which works fine). The part that lifts up so Ultron can get taken out with the super-jumper is odd, though, and Vision's cradle doesn't always fit correctly. Still, it's decent enough. Quinjet: A spectacular vehicle for Lego's Marvel theme. Obviously, once again, this one is downsized from it's movie-form, as it can only house about three minifigures inside. What can I say? The cockpit is roomy, the Captain America/Black Widow motorcycle is great, as are the doors that drop it out from the Quinjet's belly. The stickers actually did give me trouble momentarily (The ones on the wings, mainly), but whatever they're made out of, they "un-adhere" from bricks with little to no problem, so you can fix any mistakes. The drop-down rope feature doesn't always work properly, but even so, a rope for your superheroes to swing around on is cool enough. The rear door is neat, but a normal minifigure cannot actually stand straight up in the room. The wings are all pose-able, and while the stud-shooters work fine, I actually don't prefer them to flick-fire missiles... Call me nostalgic. So... Yeah, I think I actually was actually just a hair disappointing with this one, even with all it's pros. Maybe it could've used more color... Maybe it could've done more with the minifigures... I recommend getting this one if you just mainly want the Quinjet (Which makes sense) and the Black Widow and Vision minifigures... I think, though, that with this one, you can wait 'till it goes on sale.
