<span itemprop="description">I picked this mattress for our firstborn because experienced moms told me that a vinyl top mattress is easier to clean after an explosive diaper (just wipe) than washing mattress protectors. Originally I'd sought a cheaper vinyl top mattress but it was sold out, so I made the investment in the 220 coil in hopes that the reviews of baby sleeping better would be true. Here's what I learned in baby's first month: We put baby directly in the crib after birth (at the end of our bed) to save buying a bassinet - In hind sight, he probably would have slept better in a bassinet, regardless of the mattress. The crib is vast and baby feels it. I've also discovered that if baby is gassy, hungry, or dirty, he doesn't care what surface he's sleeping on. That said, if he's not g/h/d and doesn't realize he's in the crib, he sleeps great on this mattress.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I started off with a foam mattress that was given to me for free. I presume it was cheap because my baby girl would wake up immediately once she was put on that mattress *every*single*time, I couldn’t sleep!!! It was so annoying.
She sleeps well on my king size Sealy posturepedic mattress so I decided to buy this expensive Sealy posturepedic crib mattress and pray that it worked. Once we put her ontop of it, she slept like a baby!!! What a relief and celebration, she’s sleeping in her crib!! yes spend the money for this mattress.
Label says it can be used 0-4 years into toddler years.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This mattress is eons above almost any other mattress on the market. The coils and waterproof covering make it ideal for baby, while being super comfortable but still firm. Both my kids sleep super well on it (and we've tried some others too, such as the Safety First Little Angels mattress). I will say that we have had two of these - the first one started to sag in the middle. But Kolcraft (who manufactures this on behalf of Sealy) maintains a lifetime warranty on the product - so they sent us a new one, with very little fuss. Hard to fault a product that has such a strong warranty, especially since most other mattresses face the same issue (i.e. starting to sag in the middle). I think it says something that even though this mattress did start to sag, my first thought was how to get another of the same brand.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this online and it is worth the money! Our little one had a couple of growth spurts and so he leaked out of his diapers the first night we had him in the bed. Thank goodness for the cover because the clean up was so easy! It may be a coincidence, but my little one up to now only slept for 1/2 hr for his nap times, the first sleep he had on this mattress, he slept for 2 hours! The perfect mattress and would recommend this to everyone!</span>
