When I first put it on I can position it so it looks good and he can see but it slowly moves on him covering his eyes which he gets mad about. I have tried it numerous times and it's always still too big. He isb3 months now and it fits a little better. My son is in the 96th percentile for head circumference so I know it's not just him. So I would definitely say this is a 6 month or 3-6 month size hat.
