Even the 9 month old stays secure in his seat and loves being a big kid riding with his 3 year old sister. Wagon is sturdy, comfortable, big but not cumbersome and just what we needed. I love how it has the trailer for extra space. My only comment would be to make the knob better that the wagon hitches to. After just a few hours of use the trailer came off of the wagon.
