The stroller is SO LOUD in the side walk, that it sounds like I&rsquo;m pulling an old newspaper wagon. It has extremely poor suspension so the poor baby was bouncing around, very noisy wheels and doesn&rsquo;t come with a newborn insert. It basically makes. A slamming soubd over even the smallest sidewalk gaps. Also, Graco was of no help to me when I contacted them. From the video I sent them, they told me this was normal!
