During your session, the monitor displays distance and interval, time, total strokes/strokes per minute, meters per stroke, watts, calories and heart rate (by using the heart rate transmitter). A game mode adds even more fun and variability. Also, a cell phone bracket allows use of your own device during your workout.

<span itemprop="description">We are converting one room in our home to a home gym. This rowing machine is equal to any commercial machine I have used in a gym. Smooth and easy to use. Set up is a little challenging. The biggest problem is getting the pin in (correctly) that holds the two main pieces together. Even in the video the guy doesn't have it right the first time, but it is corrected later in the video. Be patient this part is a pain. After it is together you will have a great machine and be very glad you bought it. I am so impressed with Stamina products that I bought a recumbent bike, that just came in today. I am looking forward to getting it together and giving it a try.</span>

<span itemprop="description">The mechanics of the rower are quite good. If you just want a rower that gets the job done then this is a good one. The shortcomings are in the fit/finish and in the electronics. The assembly took some finesse due to the screw and bolt holes not all being aligned correctly, but I was able to muscle it together. Regarding the electronics, I did a direct side by side to compare the calories the rower calculates versus what the Polar app calculates. I had my heart rate monitor paired to both of them simultaneously to ensure the results were comparable. The Rower said I burned almost double the calories than what the app said.</span>
