I'm glad I kept up the practice! Now I use the fitness hoop daily either taking a break during my work day or while watching TV. I even feel it in my legs while using it. Still working on all the hoop uses on the workout guide but I'll get there. If you have back pain and it hurts to do ab workouts (eg. Curls), this is really good for working your core. My stomach has gotten smaller and tighter. And when you aren't really in the mood for &quot;a workout&quot;, this is a really easy way to workout. After you get used to the pain, it doesn't hurt the days after that and you really get a workout out of it without even realizing it. It alsoxandenwith a DVD where you can workout with the hula hoop with the instructor, which was nice since it didn't mention anything about having that DVD. I would definitely recommend this. When you assemble it correctly, it stays together.
