They sent one replacement part for free, I had to pay for the other one. One step from completion and one of the embedded nuts was defective and I had to take it out and force the screw through essentially retapping the nut. Fit and finish is only fair, with chips at the recessed screw locations. Can't wait to see it go home to my daughters. When gently putting it together, the &ldquo;wood&rdquo; slightly cracked in two places. Also, one of the ends on the spindle never screwed in properly and frequently falls off. I read other reviews that noted similar quality issues, but I thought maybe they were just too rough with it. I was wrong. I was also disappointed that neither the chalkboard or white board were magnetic.
