I hadn&rsquo;t realized it was broken because they zip tied and taped the door so it appeared as thought the door was not broken. It was only after I cut the zip-tie and the tape did I realize it was broken but by then I had already Thrown out the packaging. It doesn&rsquo;t transform easily. The pieces are cheap and don&rsquo;t stay in place. When the top part is lifted to make a treehouse area, it topples over. The piece that&rsquo;s supposed to hold it up doesn&rsquo;t stay in place. My daughter is constantly asking me to fix it, but there&rsquo;s no fixing it- it&rsquo;s just junk. My daughter barely touches this toy and it&rsquo;s been sitting in pieces for most of the time we&rsquo;ve had it. The going price seems to be $75, but I bought it for $55- this is an outrageous price to pay for a heap of plastic pieces. It was a great choice because they were super excited to play with it. It came with the family characters, so it was a complete playset! The toy was very easy to assemble and transforms from an RV vehicle to a playground in seconds. The kids just loved everything that came with it and have been playing with it everyday!
