Very well made and sturdy. It was easy to put together. Holds up great to a 3 (now 4) year old and big brothers who she makes play with her. Dollhouse came with some furniture, which is great too! Only thing is I didn't put some of colored screws in the correct places because I didn't even realize they had colors until I had most of them in. She absolutely loves it and uses it eveeyday. The only problem I had was some of the parts did line up correctly. Little did we know that it was bigger than her. She is in love with it. It's very sturdy and very easy to build. Everything was well labeled and the instructions were easy to follow. Love the attention to detail all the furniture has in it. Worth every penny. Every girl deserve to have their very own doll house!
