I pushed through and wouldn't you know that the statue leg doesn't fit as it should and the face plate is missing a piece. I am quite sad about the finish because leaves me feeling some sort of way due to the face not being finished.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I really like this set, however the statue itself has a few elements that I do not find visually pleasing. You can absolutely tell what it is, but the detail really drops off around the head. My true reason for getting it was the base. The base is beautiful! I got it then plopped the brickhead on there. I could tell there was some neat element inside to keep the bottom attached to the statue, but i left those pieces out since i was using it to display the brickhead. I will say the base is a quite repetitive build, but the end result is pretty awesome.</span>

La structure du pied d'étale est tt simplement dingue à construire.... c'est beau, c'est propre...
C'est pas hyper répétitif, sauf un peu monotone sur les couleurs (mais bon, c'est logique)
Je pensais que la tête me choquerai, mais au final, je m'habitue ! Je trouve dommage cependant la flamme, pour un tel set, une pièce spéciale aurai rendu ce set tt simplement parfait !

<span itemprop="description">This is only my second Lego set that I have ever built. The first one was the Saturn V rocket, and I think that one was slightly better than this one but overall this was a very fun set. The experience of building this was very unique and it was not repetitive, the top was especially challenging. The reason why I say that the other set was better was because Lego made a few instructional errors on the last bag in regards how to put this together/it was unclear or something, anyways I was able to get it put together but this was something that lego should have caught. Secondly, the face of the model should have been designed better, I felt like it was so intriquitely designed and then you get to the face and it's just a flat piece? Doesn't make sense, it could have been a few triangular pieces to give it some substance. Anyways, these are very minor complaints to an overall very fun project that was most definitely worth the time and money spent on it. I will definitely rebuild it in the future!</span>

<span itemprop="description">This is one of my top 3 builds. It has a lot of ways to make you think. All of the pieces fit perfect. The platform is very sturdy and a little repetitive, but nothing like the empire state building. I would recommend this build to a historian, decorative item for living area. The great thing about this item besides the look is the book. All of the information on the history is a great way for parents to teach their kids.
Only one draw back, the face but can't notice away only up close.

<span itemprop="description">The build of the pedestal is very repetitive and wasn’t really fun as everything had to be done 4 times because it’s 4 sides. However, it’s very detailed, even the statue. The folds in the clothes, the crown, the right leg, the torch, all very nice, except for the face, which is a let down, being just one shield piece. Swapped some of the parts from the back of the dress to get the face more convex and the T-shape between the pieces suggest brow and centerline of face. The chin is subtly squared off, which is better. It’s not a huge improvement, but it’s better. I’ve seen other mods that give the face a nose, but it looks like a Moai head statue, lol.</span>

After all, Titanic was heading to New York that fateful evening. This was an enjoyable build and feel it was good value. I did buy the Titanic Lego set and have it displayed heading towards this Statue Of Liberty. I deducted 1 star as I felt the face was poorly done. The two side by side makes for an impressive display.</span>

<span itemprop="description">As it stands now, it is the worst Lego set that I own. The build is challenging but the end product doesn’t look too appealing. The simplest thing Lego can do to improve this set is to do something about the face of the statue. Add a sticker or create a inquire Lego piece for the face. The blank face is just lazy on the detail of such an iconic monument. Can’t recommend this to anyone until Lego changes the face.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Much has been said about the need for a “facelift” on this model, but I think the “blank” face actually works really well - gives this more of a LEGO feel and looks much better than the pictures otherwise suggest. The build experience with this one is a great challenge and a lot of fun: really need to pay attention with all those small green pieces! I’ve built (too) many sets over last six months (have become addicted to LEGO), from the Colosseum and Taj Mahal to the UCS Millennium Falcon and Disney Castle; they are all awesome but the Statue of Liberty is the one getting most of the comments from friends and family. It also looks great displayed next to Empire State Builiding!</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this during the first UK lockdown along with the Empire State Building as i recently travelled to NYC the year before, I have been in love with New York and LEGO since i was young so i put my two interests together and now they're displayed beautifully on my shelf :D I would recommend this to anyone who loves NYC too however the final parts of the build can be somewhat challenging.</span>
