We love the ease of folding up/putting away, and also it is super easy to maneuver and has a very smooth ride. We purchased the infant carseat adapter which works great with our Graco carseat. A couple of months ago my husband accidentally backed into the stroller in the garage and the frame bent so we could no longer use the stroller. Customer service was super great, responsive and timely (we worked with Rachel), to be able to get us only the frame at a lower cost than the full stroller. Of course due to COVID and shipping delays, it took some time to get to us in which we used a different stroller for the meantime - and we sure missed our Qool stroller during that period - we are happy to have it back now! I would HIGHLY recommend Joovy products if you are looking! However, now that my second child is here I have buyers remorse. The attachments for the Nuna Pipa are atrocious, don&rsquo;t work, and are unsafe. Furthermore, they don&rsquo;t work with the seat. I&rsquo;ve included video. Lastly, due to how small the rumble seat is my son at 28 months old has already outgrown it. DO NOT BUY if you have a NUNA PIPA or you&rsquo;re taller and will have bigger kiddos. The basket is huge! It holds so much, when I grocery shop I just plop a grocery basket in the bottom and there is still extra room. The stroller is so smooth and turns on a dime! Set up was so simple and easy! The stroller itself is pretty big, it fits well in our trunk (Ford Escape), and it pops open really easily and closes easily as well. I bought a Maxi Cosi car seat and adapter clips and have not had any issues with that at all. All in, I&rsquo;m so happy I bought this stroller!!! Hands down the joovy qool checked off every single item on my wish list (and then some). When we finally ordered it I was sooooo excited....... but after putting it together (which was very easy to do) we realized that the seat was not deep enough for our toddler (3 yo, 37lbs) to sit comfortably. We could probably make it work for a few months but he's not getting any smaller! I am so disappointed about this because in every other aspect it is perfect. For our family the toddler bench facing backwards would make our child motion sick so unfortunately that is not an option for us. Pros: sturdy, great quality/material, easy to assemble, easy to change positions, easy to fold flat (although a bit long), telescoping handle, big unpoppable wheels, easy to wash, stylish, huge bottom basket, easy to push, not too heavy, one handed recline, huge extendable canopy, mesh window, easy to steer, flip flop friendly brakes, so many seating options and configurations, good price point Only cons: depth of seat or alternatively a bench that allows forward facing.
