Even though we were having our first baby, we wanted a stroller that would grow with an eventual second child. And we have loved this stroller!! The market bag option is one that the Vista doesn&rsquo;t offer and we&rsquo;re always getting stopped at Farmer&rsquo;s Markets, etc. with comments on how nice of a feature that is and questions about what stroller we have. The stroller is heavy but I believe the Vista is as well - as are most double stroller options to accommodate a frame that supports two riders. Further, I think it speaks to its quality. Now, to get to what actually caused me to write this review: I just found our stroller is broken. I went to the Joovy website, noticed their was a live chat option, and hit the button. Veronica diagnosed my problem by having me send her pictures, got my information, and is having new parts sent to me within 24 hours - all from the chat! It was so painless and pleasant, I almost can&rsquo;t believe it just happened like this. Customer service of this quality is nearly unheard of these days. Way to go, Joovy! In summary, if you&rsquo;re looking for a double stroller and/or had your heart set on the Vista, definitely consider the Qool! The Qool met all my needs- I wanted both seats to have high weight capacities as my first is in the 90+ percentile for height/weight. I also wanted a decent size under carrier basket- Qool provides that. LOVE the extra large shades and the light weight material. My only complaint is so minimal but I wish there was a stand or something because when you close the stroller if you are on pavement it easily gets scratched up. Its cosmetic not real damage but still...2nd minimal complaint is adjusting the strap height is SUCH a pain in the butt- you basically have to take the chair apart. We are not a wealthy family, but I was not willing to purchase a cheap double stroller that wouldn&rsquo;t last though toddlerhood. This stroller accidentally got thrown down 20 concrete stairs (no baby involved, just a husband who didn&rsquo;t remember the foot break). It survived mostly unscathed with the exception of a few scratches on the finish. It TUMBLED, like top over bottom, left to right barrel rolled down those stairs. I was absolutely expecting a bent frame considering how lightweight the stroller is for the size, but it held up so well. In addition to being lightweight for a double stroller, it&rsquo;s also an incredibly smooth ride. I will admit I wouldn&rsquo;t recommend it for heavily graveled areas or cobblestone sidewalks. It&rsquo;s not an all-terrain stroller. It absolutely works on those surfaces, but there are better options if you spend a lot of time on uneven terrain. My son, when we purchased, was only 1 but was already a 2T in clothing. He&rsquo;s now over 30 lbs and 3 feet tall at 2 and can still fit comfortably in the seat (when he&rsquo;s not running all over). I was also impressed with the conversion options available for different car seats. We had a Britax from 2018 and had no difficulty finding available conversion kits for under $30. Installing and removing that car seat was also just as smooth in the stroller as it was in a vehicle. I've gotten to try it out and do like the huge underbasket, perfect for shopping. It looks nice and like it is decent quality as well as the different usable seat positions. It is a bit heavy, but feels quite sturdy and like it will not break. However, it does not appear to have the advertised front wheel suspension and does not feel as if it has any suspension whatsoever, even on smooth pavement it is not a very smooth ride and I feel it will be jostling my newborn awake when using it, the only time it ceased to do so was when on perfectly smooth, flat, no cracks, bumps surface. I am quite disappointed about this as if I had known, I would have seriously reconsidered purchasing it as there are other strollers with decent storage space that do have front or all wheel suspension. I found the Qool and could not believe it was basically half the price! The Joovy Qool is perfect for my now 1 year old. With the significant price difference, I didn&rsquo;t have to feel guilty buying all the different accessories, and as a new mom, you know I wanted it all! We have the bassinet, the tray, the organizer bag, the bench (for my older niece when she visits), and of course we have the adapter for the baby carrier. I definitely plan to buy more as our family grows. The stroller itself is very sturdy and comfortable. The stroller can be maneuvered very easily, it has great storage space underneath, you can clean/wash it easily, and my son sleeps well inside, especially with the seat&rsquo;s ability to recline all the way back and the canopy that can expand extensively. The canopy can also be opened a little for ventilation and eyes on your baby which is also really nice. We go to Disneyland a lot and this stroller has been perfect for it, even when I take my son by myself. The only thing I would say is that the stroller is a little heavy and wide which makes picking it up kind of awkward. You also have to have the seat in a certain position to be able to fold it all together and it will take up significant space in your trunk. The other strollers we looked at were similar though so it wasn&rsquo;t a deal breaker. Overall this stroller as a single is great and I can&rsquo;t wait to use it as a double! I have friends with the Uppa Baby and honestly, I&rsquo;m glad we went with the Joovy. It still looks and feels high end but without the high end price tag. I've owned it less then a year now and have been using it more often this summer than the winter months. The zipper on one the canopies broke. One of the seat's straps keeps coming undone and they are impossible to adjust! I also am unable to get a tight fit with the harness on my large 10mo old. My only complaint is that it isnt as smooth of a ride as I thought it would be. Another plus- superb customer service. I just had an online chat about my broken canopy and after sending a picture they&rsquo;re sending the replacement in 3-5 days. Wow! It is fantastic! My husband calls it a &ldquo;transformer&rdquo; because of all of the easy to assemble and interchange parts and options. We purchased the Chicco car seat adapter and use it with our Chicco key fit infant car seat. The regular stroller seats recline completely backwards which is not only great for toddler naps but great to Put infants in when resting, napping, stretching out. I cannot say enough good things about this stroller. Wish I would have purchased it with my first and just added the parts when my second child came along! We have the bassinet piece too, but like I said, the fully reclining stroller seat almost doubles as a bassinet as well if you&rsquo;re just going for a slow stroll or hanging outside. Many of my friends have higher end/higher priced strollers like the uppa baby and I will tell you for sure-this is very similar and way more affordable! The stroller was easy to put together and takes up about the same amount of space in my car as our Baby Jogger City Mini GT did. We ordered the grey color and the second seat came with a different color belly bar but after contacting customer service they fixed the mistake right away. Love that when used as a double both seats have the same weights capacity by 4.5 yea old(36 lbs) still rides in it comfortably. Looks great and such a great deal compared to the other pricier models. Cons: Stroller won't fold with seat rear facing. Doesn't stand up on it's own when folded. Sometimes unlatched when folded, and falls open. Probably my favourite thing about the Qool is the fact that it isn't Graco or Uppababy. Walking around the park, or the mall, you see a million and 1 Graco or Uppababy strollers.
