My major gripe is that the hood always comes out of its zippered slot. Why would there not be a zipper over the top of the hood to keep it inside!!! This frustrates me every day.</span>

We bought this before my daughter was born and she started contact napping in it for my partner, and often myself, by around a month old. 18 months later and she still spends about 2 hours a day, minimum, in the exact same carrier. Whether she needs comfort or a cuddle or relief on a walk or to nurse, this carrier allows us so much connection... and comfort. It has now been on two international trips, the latest on which we FORGOT the stroller, and still managed to walk 10+ miles a day with our 25 lb toddler.
My partner and I are very different sozes and our daughter fits comfortably for both of us. I am 5'5 and about 200 lbs, he is 6'4 and 275.
