    These portable, Matchbox on-the-go play sets are inspired by various scenes from the Jurassic World movies! The two sets in the assortment include the Island Escape Playset and the Harbor Rescue Playset. When the volcano on the island erupts, teams from Jurassic World must get the dinosaurs off the island to safety. The Island Escape set opens to reveal a vertical set with a trail from the top of the volcano, ramps, crane and a molten mass of "lava" that rolls down the trail threatening the mission. Set includes a Pterodactyl dinosaur figure and Jurassic World pickup truck. Both sets fold up with a handle for easy storage. The Harbor Rescue set unfolds and becomes a pier with ramps, a crane, a habitat pen for Triceratops dinosaur figure, and Jurassic World off-road vehicle. Beware the T.Rex under the deck. Push button trigger opens the hatch and chomping jaws!

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from Smaller than expected This toy was definitely fun but it was smaller than I expected. Plus it requires more assembly than I thought it would also. My little one still loved it but they eventually broke one of the pieces that you had to fold in and out. So while it was a ton of fun it didn’t last.     Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect For The Traveling Family My youngest son (6) is a matchbox fanatic. When this set became available I knew instantly this was going to be a hit with him. As a family we travel often, unfortunately most of the toys he has don’t travel well…the Jurassic World Portable Island Escape does. We have taken it on several trips from car to plane and have had no issues. It is compact enough to fit inside of his backpack, his favorite part of the whole set is by far the truck. While he hasn’t seen the new Jurassic World movie, I have, and Mattel did justice tying the movie into this set. I would prefer the truck trip the bolder into action vs. manually flipping it however it was a non-issue with my son. I highly recommend this set and give it an A for the traveling family, as well as the ability to combine this with another matchbox sets seamlessly.     Rated 5 out of 5 by from Matchbox Jurassic Playset My nephew loved this toy. He liked that it turned into a carrying case. The fire ball was cool especially when the car was getting chased by it. He really enjoyed the lift. The crane was a nice addition. It was easy to set up. The only thing he wanted was more dinosaurs to play with. Also maybe another fire ball just in case the child looses the other one. Overall, this toy was great and I like that it can be converted back into carrying case.It does not take up much space which is plus. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This neat toy comes with a small car, a little ball that resembles the big rolling rock, and a flying dinosaur. All the little pieces can be neatly kept in a hidden compartment that is part of the toy. My boys were easily able to assemble the toy with the tracks and the support beams. They had a blast playing this at home, and bringing it with them when we would travel. You can also use your own little cars as well. The toy itself is big enough where 3 boys can play with it together, and it will also fit in your standard size backpack. My favorite part is that the boys could use their imaginations and create their own "story" by incorporating this toy with their other toys. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
