I have been completely disappointed with this and hate I still have not heard anything back on this issue of getting that replacement part. I wish there was a better way to purchase replacement parts when things are missing! Definitely still wanting to get this missing part so my swing is actually a complete swing. The set up was quite easy however there was two of us. We opted for this swing because they didn&rsquo;t have much in stock online and only had one left in store. It&rsquo;s cute enough, a little bit more masculine than gender neutral. Overall product is ok. The only complaint I have is it does not allow you to plug in and runs 4x D batteries so make sure you have some extra just in case it dies. The other thing is the battery placement is under a piece of plastic that you have to unscrew as opposed to clipping out so not ideal to do a quick battery change. The way it folds up makes it so easy to transport. However, it has a really deep seat that makes it very uncomfortable for babies. My baby is almost 2 months old and her neck bends forward every time we place her in it. I now place a folded blanket under her to raise her little body a bit but it doesn&rsquo;t help all too much. Also, the head cushion that it comes with is pretty useless. It is too flat to offer much head support.
