The seat position with the two bucket seats are horrible, most positions you can not recline to makes it a comfortable ride. The only semi comfortable positions is both children facing each other but even then one child&rsquo;s feet will be on the others lap. I purchased the rain cover as well and when I opened them from the box it had a milky look I think it was a protective powder possibly so I washed it but it didn&rsquo;t come off. Contacted baby jogger and because I purchased my accessories 7 months ago and they have a 6 month warranty on accessories they did nothing to help me. Even then car seat hook ups for it to go into the stroller I was shocked! Then when you try and connect the buckles in the seats that came with the stroller , I literally curse and swear at it lol. There needs to be a way to lock the buckle in place , it slides out before you can click it in! Maybe that's okay when you have one baby but not two! It is such a shame because it is a beautiful stroller looks wise but function is absolutely not thought out at all! Also the car seats should have a magnetic guide to hook them into the stroller because so frustrating when it is a little bit off then you have to start all over again(this happens almost everytime I go yo use it)... again not fun when your in a hurry and two babies are crying.
