He took it straight outside and played. He had so much fun and enjoyed dumping and moving his sand around. He's still playing with it every day too! They have played with them everyday since getting them! I love to see them playing with them instead of wanting to watch tv or play video games. They have had the best time daily using their John Deere vehicles and their imagination and I Love it! I was really surprised at the amazing quality of these John Deere vehicles. These are the first sandbox vehicles that actually works well in the sand. No problems with the tires from the sand, it's truly an amazing toy! It would make a Great gift item also. No worries that they will break or not work.
