We loved how the baby carrier just snapped in and out of the frame when she was smaller and the car seat base install was easy. My baby is average size however I injured my shoulder so we stopped using the carrier and switched to a different carseat around the 7 month mark (around 18lbs and 30inches). In the meantime we still use the stroller and just snap in the bigger kid seat instead. We use the stroller quite regularly as we are primarily a commuter family and haven't had issues with anything so far. I do notice that the basket underneath sometimes rubs against the front wheel if it's full of stuff but that's easy to work with if you just shift things around. As well his shoulders have been too wide to fit comfortably for the past 2 months or so. - The undercarriage storage compartment is just fabric and if you're not careful with how you load things it will rub against the front wheel, shredding it in a matter of seconds. - The front stroller wheel started doing the &quot;BabyTrend Wobble&quot; 2 months ago. After following the manual for tightening the bolt, it worked off and on for a while until the wobble came back. Eventually the bolt was visibly off center in the bearing slot and wheel pulling hard to one side, so I loosened it to adjust and pieces of the bearing started pouring out. Like 20-some pieces all dropping out of the hole. Most pieces were warped, bent or completely disintegrated. Immediately checked my receipt... 1 year plus 18 days since purchase. We ordered another carseat from another manufacturer two weeks ago, now we will be buying another stroller from another manufacturer. Then I found out you can no longer get the Canadian approved car seat base. This means that we only have the one car seat base and do not have one for a second car. It takes nothing to have it all scratched and for the stickers to begin peeling making it look like I&rsquo;m the 5th family to use it. The car seat insert is plastic-y and looks cheap. Not to mention by 3 months she couldn&rsquo;t fit in it anymore but was still too small for the larger insert. The front wheel keeps kicking out of place causing the entire stroller to wobble at random times. Be carful with what you put in the lower carriage, all we put in it is our diaper bag and the weight from that alone cause the fabric to rip from rubbing the wheel. I am medium build and relatively fit and have such a hard time pulling the car seat out, it lifts the entire stroller, even with jiggling it around. When I wrote the company they said this is how it is supposed to work as it&rsquo;s a safety feature. So if for some odd reason the buttons on both sides are pushed in and then the stroller tips over the car seat is supposed to stay stuck in.... The car seat itself has a harness clip that needs to puzzle pice together before going into the clip which can be a little annoying. It's super easy to put together.. Snap the back wheels on and clip on the parent /child trays and you're good to go. It's very light weight for a jogger but study even though it's light... Happy that air came in the tires since I didn't think to purchase a bicycle tire pump... Very smooth ride... I'm 6' tall and most other strollers I find that I slouch when i'm pushing them but this one accommodates that I'm tall with the adjustable handle bar (which has two positions) and I find with the car seat attached kiddo is higher off the ground which I like so it's easier for me to tend to while still in motion.. (If he dropped his soother or something) it folds up really really easily and opens just as easy. When folded it takes up less room than my cosco light and comfy travel system which is AMAZING for a jogging stroller. The few things I dislike about it so far is that the storage basket underneathe collapses when it's folded up in such a manner that if you keep anything in there all the time(like a rain Cover, change clutch, and umbrella I keep in all the time) you're likey to have them fall out. My other cheap cosco stroller actually keeps the basket all open and upright so u can fold up without needing to take everything out of the bottom storage. The other thing is that the crotch clip is all plastic and you have to put them both together lined up and click them at the same time into the clip to secure. I preferred the cosco car seat crotch belt clip because it has metal tabs and you can do one side at a time which is easier with a wiggly baby...it seems that in the car seat kiddo is at a more upright seated position when clipped onto the jogging frame compared with the cosco travel system the carseat is a bit (not much) more reclined so I could see if your baby has breathing issues it make it harder for them to breathe. The plastic on the brakes are a bit hard which worries me that they are britle(some are softer plastic which seems more durable....SEEMS but I have only had for a few days so time will tell) and brakes would be difficult to flip up to unlock in open toe shoes(flipflops,sandals) ...one other last thing that bother me the canopy on the car seat doesn't extended out so that the fabric is taught/tight , which is totally just an appearance thing and my OCD being a bit insane but that bothers me for some reason.. The fabric seems to be good quality, might be water proof if not it's water resistant for sure and definitely wind proof. The carseat and toddler seats have nice frabic and padding and seem they would be quite comfortable for the kiddo. The carseat straps were really easy to adjust- chest /shoulder straps are adjusted with a turn of a knob on the back and you don't eve have to remove the crotch strap to adjust but initally it was a bit finicky /confusing but easily figured out after looking at the manual. One thing I DIDN'T consider - I take public transit and walk everywhere -don't have a vehicle so I thought a jogger would be best for that, which it generally is BUT except for when I have to put the Single front wheel on the bus, roll forward and lift thr rest of the stroller on, having one wheel in the front is a bit awkward... I'm sure I will get used to it BUT if the front wheel turns sideways and u go and push stroller forward while lifting the back wheels off the ground to get on the bus there is a chance of the stroller tipping so something to think about if you use transit.. I'm sure I will get used to it though as I have had this system for a few days.. All around I am THRILLED with this purchase on sale... But I don't think its worth the full price. I would go with a graco jogger for a few extra bucks but on sale this is a GREAT deal. I would give it a 4.5 stars if it let me for all around. I gave it a 4stars for durability just because the brakes seem a bit flimsy but as I said time will tell that...will update if any other issues arise. Of course, there are a few things here or there that aren't great, but nothing will ever be perfect. PROS -The ride is incredibly smooth thanks the huge wheels. With air-filled wheels this big, no suspension is needed. It glides over uneven terrain with no problem - I've taken it on dirt/broken pavement hiking trails and have never had to worry about the little one being jostled around at all. -The basket is pretty big, have done multiple grocery shopping trips without the need for a shopping cart, because everything can fit in there! It's not waterproof - which would be good on the trails - but, meh. -The handlebar had a great range of height and is easily adjustable between the wife (5'6&quot;) and myself (6'1&quot;). -There is no continuous axle between the rear wheels, so if you have a longer stride, you don't have to worry about kicking the stroller! -THE CAR SEAT AND TODDLER SEAT ARE INDEPENDENT!!! THIS IS HUGE!!! It makes the system so much easier to deal with!! It's more mobile, it's lighter, less bulky, and you don't have to worry about damaging the toddler seat for the first 8 months of piling the car seat on top of it!! We have just started using the toddler seat, and it's still brand new!! -The car seat is great, pretty standard except that it has a no-rethread system, so it's much easier to deal with than others. The base has an anti-rebound bar (very fancy at the time) and thankfully we haven't tested that yet! -The Car/toddler seat can be placed facing either away or towards you, a huge plus! It's great on windy days or if your little one is just being fussy and needs to see you! -The SNAP system works great for me - press the two buttons independently, and they stay pressed in until you remove the car/toddler seat. I know some people have a problem with it sticking, and I did at first too. I CAN&rsquo;T STRESS THIS ENOUGH - The key is to smooth out the plastic edges on the car/toddler seat where the grey snap buttons go - if you take a look you might see some sharp edges, and that's what&rsquo;s getting stuck. I did this on maybe the 4th day of using the stroller, and I have not had a problem since. I hope Babytrend sees this and either makes the change to the part, or at least relays the information to customers that complain. I used a small round file to smooth it out. To the lady that called support and they told you to take the baby out first - that is absolutely ridiculous on their part. -The frame has proven to be extremely sturdy so far. I use this stroller every day, sometimes multiple times a day. I am by no means gentle with it, and it shows no sign of wear yet! This doesn&rsquo;t get babied at all &ndash; get tossed into the back of a pickup everyday where it bounces around as we travel and hasn&rsquo;t even developed a squeak. Also has a great parent tray, with two cupholders that fit our larger water bottles, and a covered section that can actually fit a real phone!! Most others seem to be made for iPhone 4 or smaller, which is dumb. I had a Note5 for a while, and it fit in there with my keys and wallet!! CONS -The basket can rub on the front wheel if you overload it. If you do this constantly (like, ahem, me) you will eventually wear through. Not *quite* there yet, but now I&rsquo;m more conscious of it. -The wheels have independent brakes. Sometimes I only hit one, and that may cause the stroller to go in circles. But this is much better to me than to have a solid axle between the wheels. -The car seat buckle was initially a pain, as you must put them together before clicking into the buckle. After the first week or two, you figure out how to do it properly and it&rsquo;s not an issue &ndash; for me anyways, the wife still doesn&rsquo;t like it. -It CAN stand on its own when folded, but you just need to apply the brakes beforehand. Also, there is no handle to hold it with when folded. IN order to get the car seat off of the stroller frame you literally shake the baby trying to push in both side and get it off. It is constantly snapping back in when trying to get it off. If you are out alone with baby good luck getting the car seat off by yourself without shaking the baby. I emailed baby Trend and they said the child must be removed from the car seat before removing it from the stroller frame? Not sure where the baby will go during that procedure. The car floor? This stroller doesn&rsquo;t stand up on its own when folding which is no good for storage and it to fold it down with the stroller seat it comes in two parts and takes up all of the room. I absolutely am disappointed with this stroller and regret buying it. I never write review a ok anything but I thought every parent should know this is not worth the stress of everyday things using the stroller. I would not recommend this at all! Save your money invest in anything else. I like the ergonomic handle; however, didn't realize when purchased that the handle needs to be all the way back while travelling, so you can't hang any toys on the handle. The car seat is fairly light. The stroller is excellent, very easy to fold (once you figure out the buttons) and lightweight to throw in the back of the car. The car seat straps/harness is awful, though. You need to fit the 'puzzle' pieces together before fastening and can be very difficult. The harness is starting to fray after 9 months use. The strap faster can be hard to tighten and loosen. My only con would be that our son is growing so rapidly, at 4 months he&rsquo;s 28inches long. Pros: looks great, trendy, has cup holders and a space for your phone. Large storage place. Cons: the car seat buckle is awkward - you have to clasp them together before buckling it in. My version, and maybe not all, do not click in and out simply. It is VERY hard to pull the seats apart from the stroller, often shaking the baby and sticking when I am in public. I wrote to Baby Trend, and although my warranty had expired, they offered a full refund (after some unnecessary advice from a CSR). They also responded that they had no solution for the problem, which was disappointing because we like the stroller for the most part. It is also awkward to open, which left me scratching it in my early days.
