We purchased this stroller for one of our grandchildren for her birthday and as we were assembling it on her birthday out of town, we could not return it for another so we struggled through the assembly. First there were no English Assembly Instructions, only French. I attempted to line up the parts to make it work and could not figure out why they did not work out ?? After my son also got involved (1 hr later), he commented something is wrong this is just not going to work. The factory assembled parts were assembled incorrectly and with much todo we were able to take them apart and reassemble them correctly. The product showed up but missing parts. I called toys r us to discuss this and they refused to do anything about it except give me the manufacturer's number to call. Called the manufacturer and we are waiting for the parts to arrive.
