<span itemprop="description">Great little kit. My 4 year old relly loves it. The only thing is the bracelet style bandaid- it is limiting because it only fits in a little wrist. He can't put a bandaid anywhere else on his patient. It is too bad it didn't come with velcro bandaid in different sizes. Otherwise, the set has a good selection of medical tools. He especially the loves the pretend needle and thermometer.</span>

Yes, the stethoscope works, however, it is not a loud sound. Also, the listener will not be able to hear their own heartbeat, as their eardrums contain blood vessels that are in sync with their heart. The stethoscope is not a &quot;medical grade&quot; device.
