The front wheel does not rotate properly so it never drives where you want it to go, you can never use one hand to push since you&rsquo;re always trying to correct where it wants to go and you can never change direction quickly because it will not turn. I read some other reviews of this product that mentioned front wheel issues but other reviews that seemed fine so I went ahead and bought it but that was the biggest mistake I made with anything for baby! Contacted Graco and all they did was send a new front wheel assembly which does not fix the issue because I think just the design is so cheap and poor. I have tried other friends three wheeled joggers and none of them have this issue, everyone who tries mine hates it! Steering is difficult, it is very very wide. It creaks constantly despite the tires being fully pumped up. The infant car seat is great, we've enjoyed the many different configurations of the seats with the stroller frame. The basket is very large and it's a very strong stroller, it's just difficult to maneuver on anything other than a wide flat surface. We had the issue of the front wheel locking on us. Turns out they don't normally extra grease the points of insertion (where the wheels pop in and out) to protect the fabric during shipping. As long as you lube it up before use, this issue doesn't occur, and it protects all the &quot;joints&quot; of the stroller. If you are having the issue with the wheel lock, and its still under warranty, I highly recommend you contact Graco. The front wheel locks unexpectedly while pushing the stroller bring you to a stand still. I don't find it safe to be coming to a jerking hault while pushing a baby. The red lock button on the front wheel is useless. The stroller does not turn well either. When the wheel locks you sometimes have to manually adjust the front wheel because it will not go in the direction that it's being steered in and has turned sideways (just embarassing and annoying when out). It was a new stroller when we got it but I wish I had waited for reviews prior to getting it because now I notice the front wheel issue is quite common. Don't waste your money on this travel system. The carseat is good (Graco Snugride 35) and has many other strollers that are compatible with it so look into another stroller. I would not recommend this travel system. Fast forward 4 months with the brand new travel system....a loud clicking noise is coming from the front wheel that makes the whole stroller shake as it is pushed. We suspect the bearings are broken....in a 4 MONTH OLD PRODUCT! We are now out of warranty and on our own. Save yourself a lot of frustration and purchase a different stroller. I like all the extra parts but the stroller canopy as vents so the sun is constantly in my baby's eyes, so we have to put a blanket over top to protect the baby. I contacted Graco and apparently this is a problem for alot of customers. I was told to try wd40. I opted to start the process to get my money back. Stroller pulls to the right hard when wheel is locked for jogging. And when unlocked and you try to walk any faster than a quick walk it shakes.
