It comes with a crinkle book (a big hit here) and a little turtle filled with beads that makes sound when it's played with. The adjustable height is great for your growing baby! The child does have to get used to it, and you do have to have a door with molding to actually use it. It clips onto the door frame very easily (I didn't even have to consult my hubby for help per usual) and our little one loved being able to bounce up and down (I loved having a free hand to get something done!) I didn't have one with my first child, but I'm so glad we have it for baby #2. I have a very active child and he does not want to sit idle or motionless. This product is perfect for our current house since we have a door frame to attach it to in the main part of the house. Our previous house would have had him in the powder room door as it was the only door frame in the main level of the house. This is a throwback to one of the fun things parents see themselves in as children, however much more safe. I was hesitant at first as you hear stories of these things falling, however this has a VERY secure door opening hold at the top. My husband had to assist me in getting it up on the door which I would so much rather than it being too loose. The fabric of the set is very nice, lightweight and wipeable. The little toys were an added touch, and if you have a favorite stroller clip on sort of toy you could easily attach that as well. Nice and tight once it's up there, without damaging the frame). I like that the spring is fully covered in fabric, and it is really easy to adjust the height - you only have to do it in one place, instead of on each strap, so the seat part stays nice and level.
