The back seat has a seatbelt and the front seat reclines, however it doesn’t lock in position so the kid in the back could easily push the one in the front forward. Also when the one in front is reclined all the way the one in the back can’t sit. That said, it’s lightweight, I can steer with one hand if I have to, and there’s a decent amount of storage underneath.</span>
